Sessions start Tuesday October 20th and runs through Thursday, November 12th.
For the serious player preparing for the upcoming season. These workouts will be modeled after college pre-season practices and skill development sessions. Players in these sessions will be working on skills that every coach values in their players - passing, moving without the ball, on-ball defense, help defense, dribbling, shooting and communication.
Includes two 90-minute workouts per week for four weeks. Limited to 16 players per session.
Freshmen only session runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00. Sophomore, Junior and Senior session runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8:00-9:30.
For serious players who are ready to start working on the things that will take their game to the next level. Intense 90-minute workouts focus on the skills players at this age need to reach their goals. Lots of drills with a basketball in their hands working on passing, dribbling , shooting and scoring. Individual and team defensive fundamentals are drilled in a fun and competitive environment. Limited to 16 players per session.
7th Grade sessions run every Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:00-6:30. 8th Grade sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00-6:30.
