Workouts on Wednesday, Monday and Wednesday - November 2nd, 7th and 9th
For serious players looking for a way to get into the gym and continue preparations for the upcoming season. Each of these workouts will be 90 minutes long. The first 45-60 minutes will be dedicated to drills designed to get the players ready for the high school practice setting, and the last 30-45 minutes will include scrimmaging and other game-like settings and competitions. Freshmen - workouts are from 6:00pm - 7:30pm all three evenings.
Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors - workouts are from 7:30pm - 9:00pm all three evenings.
